Boulevard Pharmaceutical Compounding Center (BPCC) has been family-owned and operated since 1931 and has over 85 years of compounding experience. The pharmacy was originally founded by Louis J. Rossetti and passed down to his son, Joseph L. Rossetti, RPh, with the aid of his younger sister Geraldine (Rossetti) Arakelian, RPh. After the passing of Joseph L. Rossetti, RPh, the pharmacy has since been acquired by Kal Boukhatem, PharmD, RPh. We continue to pride ourselves on being the oldest independent compounding pharmacy in Worcester County with an innovative approach to healthcare.

PCAB’s national standards are based on the consensus of industry experts. The standards that we are held to as a PCAB-accredited pharmacy generally exceed the standards mandated by state and federal regulations. While all pharmacies must be licensed, being a PCAB-accredited pharmacy reassures our prescribers and their patients that we have gone the “extra mile” to ensure the quality and consistency of our compounds.

Every year, our pharmacists undergo professional training, seminars, webinars, and other educational events to ensure that we use the latest advances in compounding and ensure compliance with state/federal laws. We assist patients and healthcare professionals with treatment options tailored with the patient in mind.
